We have all heard about the saying, ‘Women are their own worst enemies’
I do not believe so
Women are more emotional beings to its more obvious when we do not like other people especially other women
Men do hate other men
But men show less emotion so it is difficult to tell when they do not like others especially other men
I have a male friend who was betrayed by his male best friend and things got so bad they did not talk for several months
They are now friends again but this friend of mine does not trust his ex best friend anymore
I have a female friend who was also betrayed by a female friend of hers
They did not talk for several weeks
Now they are best friends
Honestly WE the WOMEN were shocked!!!
For a girl to snatch another girl’s boyfriend and for these girls to be able to deal with the mess it caused and for them to be best friends…?
We thought this was very unusual for girls or women
But, it also means women can move past their problems and live together in peace
I realised that I had been brainwashed to believe women can never forgive each other
In these two cases, the women were able to forgive each other and become closer than ever; friends to best friends
While the friendship of the men rather became less close; best friends to friends
Women forgive themselves
I forgive my girlfriends
My girlfriends forgive me
It is easier for men to deal with things since little emotions are involved
But women involve so much emotions in everything so it is very difficult for us to deal with things
There are several cases of women dealing with their issues and moving on
But these stories are never told
Those with unhappy endings are the ones women are judged on
There are several cases of men doing worse things to other men but we do not say, ‘Men are their own worst enemies’
Society should stop the gender bias
Women are emotional beings
Sometimes we blow things out of proportion
It does not mean we are the demons
