One of the most important things I have learnt in life from experience is remaining calm in difficult situations.
In the past, I used to freak out and worry a lot.
Remaining calm helps me to rationlise the situation and find the appropriate solution.
I can concentrate on the causes of the problems.
When I worry too much, I lose concentration and blame others.
I make up a lot of assumptions and create theories to justify my mistakes.
Praying and meditating helps me a lot when I am in distress.
I get clarity when I remain calm and think thoroughly through my problems.
Sometimes I take the entire day off and I go to a serene place to think.
I take a lot of rest and eat healthy too.
Having enough rest is good for the body to function well.
Getting worried and restless does not solve problems.
They make you paranoid and weak to find the solutions.
I do not know what you are going through but take some time off to rest.
Stay calm and reflect on the situation.
Do not panic and make rushed decisions instead have a positive attitude.
If you are a Theist, pray and meditate, but if you are an Atheist, do whatever calms you down.
Ask for help where necessary and accept your mistakes if you have done any.
No blame games.
Accept responsibilities for your actions and make sure you do not repeat them.
Try and find solutions to your problems.
More importantly, Live.
Just Live.
Suicide is never an option.
Cheer Up!
