One of the most difficult decisions I have ever made in my life is to eat healthy and at the right time.
I wish I can do that but my weakness for junk food is too strong.
I have developed a bad habit that is eating at midnight.
It has become one of my favourite things to do.
I plan the foods to eat at midnight and most of them are not healthy.
It is almost midnight and I am eager to eat some salad.
I have lost control for eating at the wrong time.
Eating at midnight is not good for our healthy. I know it but my love for it is too much to stop.
There are several bad effects for eating at midnight, some are gaining weight and tooth decay especially on food with high calories and carbohydrates.
It is advisable to brush your teeth after late-night eating.
Sleeping late is the main reason why I eat at midnight. Sometimes I get bored watching tv or working and I eat.
So I have decided to sleep early, control my hunger and find something interesting to do when I am bored.
Unfortunately while writing this post, I became hungry and took a break to eat before continuing.
I need help!
