FEELING LOVED

It is endearing to have someone fuss over me.

He puts my needs above his.

He calls frequently to check up on me and gets worried when he has not heard from me for than more a day.

He looks into my eyes and pours his heart to me and entrusts his very soul into my care.

Whenever I look at him, he smiles and laughs at my silly jokes.

He is vulnerable around me but yet he acts strong and wants to protect me.

 

When I am angry and throwing tantrums he is calm and listens to every word I say and stays with me until I became calm.

Getting sick brings out the mother in him; he cooks, cleans and takes very good care of me. He stays with me until I get well and monitors my health afterwards.

 

He kisses me every morning before he goes to work and after he returns.

He helps me in the kitchen whenever I am cooking and cleans the utensils afterwards.

I am very lazy yet he never judges me but encourages me to work hard.

Sometimes I do and say things that make him angry yet he never retaliates, he ignores me until I apologise to him.

He apologises whenever we fight even when I am wrong.

 

He always looks good and confident.

He believes a man must take care of his woman and family so he works very hard to do just that.

I never lack anything because he provides everything for me even when I can afford them.

One of the best things he does is when he gives me heavenly massages when I have not asked him to.

His hugs and back rubs are soothing.

 

Sometimes I am messy and clumsy.

Most of the time, I hardly care how I look or what I say but he still finds be attractive and tells me that I am beautiful no matter how I look.

It is always in my my most unkempt state that I find him staring at me with a smile.

 

I try my best to reciprocate everything he does for me but I know he loves me more than I can ever love him.

Whenever I think about him, I know I am very blessed to have him in my life.

I always wonder why someone would want to go through all these troubles just to make me happy.

 

I am not a perfect human being but he thinks I am worth loving and keeping.

To know that someone loves you unconditionally is the best feeling.
